Crack-ED Launches Initiative For Specially-Abled Employment, Fostering Inclusivity & Equal Opportunity In The Workforce

Crack-ED, an inclusive up-skilling platform dedicated to preparing college freshers and early professionals, has introduced a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering individuals with special abilities. This initiative focuses on unlocking their full potential through skill enhancement and providing valuable job opportunities, thereby fostering inclusivity and equality in the workforce.
In collaboration with Niva Bupa, a prominent health insurance company in India, Crack-ED has launched the first phase of this initiative. The partnership extends to Viklang Sahara Samiti Delhi, an NGO dedicated to the welfare of marginalized youth and disabled individuals, as well as the Dr Reddy Foundation and Giftabled. Together, these organizations have initiated a drive to empower individuals with special abilities by offering skill enhancement programs and valuable job opportunities.
During the interview process, more than 30 candidates actively participated, showcasing the enthusiasm and potential within this talented pool of individuals. Debojit Sen, Co-Founder of Crack-ED, emphasized that the initiative to empower specially abled individuals is a natural extension of their mission to enhance employability.
